softbank x01ht ....after hard reset.....urgent, please help.....

after hard resetting my softbank x01ht, i found out that some new programs showed up, does that mean someone has used it before and returned it to the shop?? if so, how can i find out what is wrong with it that the previous person had to return it?

當你hard reset完部機之後, 佢會自動install返港版ROM default
