the_laser has now released his solution, and the system will work as follows:
1: Flashing a phone requires one flashing-credit (for "Complete phone").
The team will not be able to give out three credits per day as stated earlier, due to the fact that it would result in the overusage of the teams EMMA account, and subsequently SE blocking it. Their card has to be "recharged" every 200 operations. Sad, but true. Credits will be sold at a reasonable price, though, consult

*** Note about unlocking ***
the_laser tested his solution on an unlocked K800 (that he manually relocked), and all seemed fine, thats why unlocking was "released" yesterday. Unfortunately, there seems to be a difference between factory-locked and relocked phones. An extra level of RSA protection is applied to the EROM, rendering the_laser's current solution and effort to be in vain. The possibility of server-based unlocking seems highly unlikely.
In short:
Unlocking of DB2020 phones has been disabled UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, as it didn't work. Now the_laser has to make a new solution, if at all possible. NO ETA.
On the bright side, this results in the need of further research into the DB2020 platform. It might lead to the discovery of a security hole, possibly enabling the team to incorporate standalone support of DB2020 phones. If other developers find a way, rest assured the SETool team will do the same.
