I am using 703SH but encounter a great problem
i used to use 3gp format video as ringtone...
but suddenly.... i found out that the phone can no longer give out sound while playing those files.....

there have been no ringing sounds and even no sounds when i play those video directly....

i have checked and ensure that the volume is not off and other functions of the speakers seems normal.....

please help.... :cry:
