I just bought 804ss , I 叉電 for a very long time, but the battery icon on the phone never stop? when its show full??

The external display will not show full in my case too. Check the internal display.

If you charge with phone is ON,
Battery level rolling means the battery is charging up,
the whole battery icon is keep flashing means that the battery is Full.
So, what's your problems ?

If you charge with phone is ON,

THanks for yr ans!!! coz the icon keep flashing.... i don know its full or not.......
