i have a K800i from Vodafone UK
but i will be coming back to HK soon and want to use it here
i heard that if i get the code from Vodafone, it will cost 20-30 pouds (HKD $290-435) so i was just wondering can i unlock it in Hong Kong? thanks!

try to search on yahoo. you can find some company can sale the code as well

because i am afraid they will just send me a wrong code, after i pay for it.

You should trust Kenny. Before you come back to HK, go to any Voda shop in UK, tell them you will go back to HK and never come back, you have to insist this. Then, they will help you to unlock it with free of charge.....
