官方消息稱，是次 3.1.3 Firmware 主要有三項更新，修復一些 BUG 之餘，也對系統進行進一步調整，針對 iPhone 和 iPod touch 主要改進如下：
• 提高 iPhone 3GS 顯示的電池電量準確度。
• 解決某些第三方應用程式不能啟動的問題。
• 修正使用日文假名鍵盤時，可能會導致應用程式出錯的錯誤。

Thank you, Ar Kung.... My 3Gs is also from APP Store but I JB it before... It seems the battery is running out very quickly recently. I will upgrade it now and test few more days. If it is still the same, will go to APPLE CENTRE requesting for exchange!

OS 3.1.3 Tethering works again????

Ar Kung, I saw a post from another local iPhone forum who said Tethering works again in firmware 3.13. Can you prove that it works or not? I did not upgrade my 3GS yet due to some software problems.!!

Tried, in my case, not working!

May be I am now in PRC and using a very old MacBook. I will try again when I come back to HK.

不過

佢幫我reset 過部機，佢地話firmware 問題引致d電用得好快，依家舊電起碼有1日用

我以前用 2G iPhone 可以用 2 日! 而家用 3G iPhone 唔打電話都只係頂到一日! 如果打埋電話, 主力用佢, 可能半日都頂唔到!
