Is there any other way to aviod this problem other than clearing the phone's memory. coz everytime when i switch to use my 803t, this problem occur and i hv to master reset it and input all my contact, ringtones, caller ID...etc it's quite annoying!!
if no, then can i use the usb cable to input all the contact, ringtone, and caller ID into the phone using my computer. if so, what program do i need?

also can i backup my contacts so that if the problem occurs again, i don't hv to input all of my contacts one by one again?
