it's really my car... haha... well... it WAS my car... now I think it's torn apart to sell the parts in some pounds... 'game over' 2 weeks ago.

Yes... fully covered... but then the process annoying and complicated...

Even when I think it's not my fault, I'm not sure if my insurance will be higher for next year... that's what worried me the most... hahah

Correct. The photo was not taken in front of my house though, it was in the pound few days after the accident. I had to go back to take out the license plate and stuff inside my 'car'.

If it is not your fault, then it should be paid by other party's insurance instead of yours, they shouldn't raise it next year though.....
